DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CLOSING A BRANCH
Documents of a foreign company must be notarized and have consular legalization marks or certified by Apostille (unless otherwise provided by interstate agreements), then translated into Russian, and the translator's signature certified by a Russian notary.
the decision of the parent company to close the branch;
an extract from the commercial register of the country of registration of the company or a certificate of incorporation;
power of attorney for the Liquidator (or the head of the branch) for the right to take actions to close the branch.
