Work visa invitation:
A work visa allows you to legally work and stay in Russia continuously for a long time (from 1 to 3 years) and repeatedly cross the border with the Russian Federation. A work visa is issued on the basis of a work permit and an invitation for a work visa.

Humanitarian visa invitation:

OBTAINING A VISA TO ENTRY TO RUSSIA
A visa is issued at the Consulate or Embassy of Russia in the country of permanent residence of a foreign citizen on the basis of an invitation to enter. This document is drawn up in accordance with the established norms and can be in the following forms:
Form UVM GU Ministry of Internal Affairs (FMS)
The invitation is issued from a legal entity registered in the territory of the Russian Federation and accredited by the Federal Migration Service. This type of invitation is provided to the embassy only in the original. Its registration may take from 5 to 20 business days.
Letter of invitation drawn up on the letterhead of the organization
This invitation is issued on the letterhead of a company accredited by the FMS. It is used only for citizens of the European Union (not all states), the United States or countries with which the Russian Federation has concluded an agreement on a simplified procedure for issuing visas. Registration of such an invitation takes 1 working day, and a visa based on it, from 10 days.
Telex invitation
The embassy of a foreign state in the Russian Federation receives instructions via an internal channel from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (in electronic form) - the citizen is assigned a special number, and the data is sent to the inviting organization. Sounding of the number, filling out the questionnaire takes place at the embassy itself, when applying for a visa. It is important to know that a foreign citizen is required to register a visa within 24 hours after entering the country.
